Dans un bel immeuble ancien construit en 1908, un appartement classique est devenu un duplex en annexant le grenier situé au dessus. Une mezzanine y a vu le jour, donnant une importante volumétrie à cet espace. Des fenêtres et du balcon on aperçoit au loin la mer Baltique.
