La rénovation d'un studio de 19m2 par une designer dans un ancien bâtiment industriel

Lorsque la designer Alexandra Ermilova de BüroBlanc s'est vue confier ce  minuscule appartement  de 19 m²  dans un ancien bâtiment industriel construit en 1914 dans le centre de Moscou, elle savait que sa client avait acheté non pas une surface, mais du volume. Car le studio possédait une hauteur de 4,6m permettant d'ajouter une mezzanine pour la chambre et augmenter le nombre de mètres carrés disponibles. Après avoir rénové totalement son intérieur, la décoration est venue parfaire l'ensemble, avec du mobilier de qualité, du velours, du bois sombre, et du cuivre.

When designer Alexandra Ermilova de BüroBlanc was entrusted with this tiny 19 m² flat in a former industrial building built in 1914 in the centre of Moscow, she knew that her client had bought not space but volume. Because the studio was 4.6m high, which allowed her to add a mezzanine for the bedroom and increase the number of square metres of floor space available. After a complete renovation of the interior, the decoration was completed with quality furniture, velvet, dark wood and copper.
