Si la pierre que l'on retrouve à l'extérieur et à l'intérieur de cette maison avec piscine en Argentine lui donne un look rustique, la cuisine contemporaine change totalement l'esprit de la décoration. Les propriétaires ont gardé d'un voyage en Italie l'amour pour l'architecture de ce pays, et ont demandé à l'architecte Alejandro Apa de leur créer une maison conforme à leurs souvenirs italiens. La façade s'inspire donc des constructions que l'on peut trouver dans le sud de l'Europe. N'oublions pas que l'Argentine a été longtemps une terre d'émigration des Italiens et que de nombreux descendants des premiers arrivants au siècle dernier ont encore leur coeur en partie dans la patrie de leurs ancêtres.
A l'intérieur, la cuisine laquée blanche aux lignes courbes est sans doute la pièce de résistance de la grande pièce de vie, mais également le beau mur en pierres qui accueille la cheminée. L'ensemble donne une impression de luxe discret, confortable, et harmonieux que l'on retrouve dans toutes les pièces, jusque dans la salle de bain en marbre et dans les chambres, dont la plus petite présente un mur avec un papier-peint exotique et exubérant. Dehors la façade se reflète dans une piscine dont on profite dès les premiers beaux jours. Nous sommes en Europe aux prémices de l'automne, alors qu'en Argentine, c'est le printemps qui arrive, et les occupants de la maison pourront bientôt se baigner. While the stonework inside and out of this house with a pool in Argentina gives it a rustic look, the contemporary kitchen completely changes the spirit of the decor. The owners retained their love of the architecture of Italy from a trip to that country, and asked architect Alejandro Apa to create a house that reflected their Italian memories. The façade is therefore inspired by the buildings found in southern Europe. It should not be forgotten that Argentina was a land of emigration for many years and that many descendants of the first arrivals in the last century still have their hearts in part in the homeland of their parents.
Inside, the white lacquered kitchen with its curved lines is undoubtedly the pièce de résistance of the large living area, but also the beautiful stone wall that houses the fireplace. The whole gives an impression of discreet, comfortable and harmonious luxury that is found in all the rooms, even in the marble bathroom and in the bedrooms, the smallest of which has a wall with exotic and exuberant wallpaper. Outside, the facade is reflected in a swimming pool, which can be enjoyed from the first fine days. We are in Europe at the beginning of autumn, while in Argentina it is spring and the occupants of the house will soon be able to swim.
