Cette mini maison blanche de 40m2 sur la plage fait partie du complexe Asprolithos Villas, trois constructions conçues par le studio d'architecture Polisgram. Elle est située sur la plage de Kalo Livadi, sur l'île cycladique de Kythnos en Grèce, encore protégée du tourisme de masse. Cette maison comme les deux autres a sa propre mini-piscine privée (voir plan en bas de l'article), et une terrasse abritée par une pergola en bois. Le soleil ardent de la Grèce donne un ciel magnifique, mais en profiter à l'ombre est un bienfait.
Ses murs sont blanchis à la chaux, d'une façon authentique, et on retrouve sur la façade, les pierres de granit typiques des îles des Cyclades. La décoration est simple et confortable dans cette mini maison blanche de 40m2, jouant sur les tons naturels, le bois et le coton. Les espaces sont ouverts, et permettent la vue sur la mer que l'on se trouve dans la partie salon, ou dans la chambre. This 40m2 white mini house on the beach is part of the Asprolithos Villas complex, three constructions designed by the Polisgram architecture studio. It is located on the beach of Kalo Livadi, on the Cycladic island of Kythnos in Greece, still protected from mass tourism. This house, like the other two, has its own private mini-pool (see plan at the bottom of the article), and a terrace sheltered by a wooden pergola. The blazing Greek sun makes for a beautiful sky, but enjoying it in the shade is a blessing.
The walls are authentically whitewashed and the façade is made of the typical granite stones of the Cycladic islands. The decor is simple and comfortable in this white mini house of 40m2, playing on natural tones, wood and cotton. The spaces are open, and allow a view of the sea whether you are in the living room or in the bedroom.
