C'est à Cartagena en Espagne, près de Murcia que ce trouve de penthouse contemporain mis en valeur par l'architecte d'intérieur María Conesa. La lumière provenant des baies vitrées se reflète sur un intérieur à la décoration en tons clairs, inspirée par la Scandinavie, même si nous nous trouvons en Espagne.
C'est un intérieur sans prétention, serein et raffiné, où le véritable luxe est sans doute la vue de la Méditerranée, où l'harmonie règne en maître. La beauté du paysage est telle qu'il était essentiel d'alléger le design intérieur, afin de laisser la vedette au spectacle maritime.
