Comme beaucoup de nord-américains, elle décore sa maison dès le mois de novembre, même avant Thanksgiving et juste après Halloween. C'est une décoration de Noël très classique, où les branches de sapin prennent place dans toutes les pièces de réception (et sans doute dans d'autres que nous aurons peut-être l'occasion de découvrir plus tard), où l'arbre de Noël est majestueux (lorsqu'on bénéficie de tels volumes, il serait dommage d'installer un tout petit sapin), et où on retrouve cet esprit de Noël jusque dans la cuisine. Like many North Americans, she starts decorating her house in November, even before Thanksgiving and just after Halloween. It's a very classic Christmas decor, with fir branches in all the reception rooms (and no doubt in others, which we may have the chance to discover later), a majestic Christmas tree (when you have so much space, it would be a shame to put up a tiny tree), and the Christmas spirit even in the kitchen.
