On fête Noël en cuisine avec IKEA et ses produits de la gamme VINTERSAGA, une collection en édition limitée délicieuse et variée
Tous les ans, on fête Noël en cuisine avec IKEA et ses produits de la gamme VINTERSAGA, une collection en édition limitée qu'on a plaisir à retrouver. Bien entendu, cet article du blog est un peu différent de ceux que nous publions au quotidien. Mais IKEA fait partie de notre vie quotidienne pour la plupart d'entre-nous, et cuisiner en famille est une activité formidable pendant cette période de fête, particulièrement avec les enfants qui sont en vacances jusqu'en janvier. Il faut bien les occuper, et cela redouble leur plaisir de se trouver à la maison, les activités extérieures étant parfois difficiles à faire. Bien que vous prépariez sans doute le réveillon de Noël pour ce soir, ou le repas de Noël du 25 (et peut-être les deux), penser à prolonger ce plaisir du partage dans les jours prochains est une bonne idée.
Et puis il y aura sans doute moins de monde chez IKEA après le 25! Si I' enseigne suédoise propose des décorations festives pour les fêtes de fin d'année, on fête Noël en cuisine avec IKEA jusqu'au jour de l'an grâce à des boissons et des gâteaux. Comme dans le conte d' Hansel et Gretel, on construit une maison en pin d'épices et on la décore. On boit du vin chaud (le célèbre Glögg à consommer avec modération) mais on choisit aussi la version sans alcool et même une boisson houblon et malt ! Petits et grands se retrouvent avec plaisir dans la cuisine pour continuer la magie des fêtes durant toute la semaine qui vient.

Of course, this blog post is a little different from the ones we publish every day. But IKEA is part of our daily lives for most of us, and cooking with the family is a great activity over the festive period, especially with the kids on holiday until January. They need to be kept busy, and it doubles their enjoyment of being at home, as outside activities can sometimes be difficult to do. Although you'll no doubt be preparing Christmas Eve for this evening, or Christmas dinner on the 25th (or perhaps both), it's a good idea to extend the pleasure of sharing over the next few days.
And there will probably be fewer people at IKEA after the 25th! While the Swedish retailer is offering festive decorations for the festive season, IKEA is celebrating Christmas in the kitchen right up until New Year's Day, with drinks and cakes. Just like in Hansel and Gretel's fairy tale, we construct a house out of spice pine and decorate it. There's mulled wine (the famous Glögg, to be drunk in moderation) but we also choose the non-alcoholic version and even a hop and malt drink! Young and old alike will be delighted to meet up in the kitchen to continue the magic of the festive season throughout the coming week.
