Cette résidence secondaire sur la Costa Brava, conçue par The Room Studio, est une oasis de calme, et de lumière méditerranéenne. Surplombant la baie de S'Agaró, cet appartement au design doux, grâce à l'utilisation du bois clair, de la pierre, du lin et des lignes courbes, est celui d'une famille qui souhaite échapper à l'agitation de la ville le plus souvent possible et profiter pleinement de cet environnement marin. Le plus difficile, lorsque l'on décore un tel lieu est de ne pas tomber dans le cliché "bord de mer" et ici, c'est parfaitement réussi.
Le plan étant déjà optimisé et convenant aux propriétaires, le projet de personnalisation a porté exclusivement sur la décoration, afin de créer un intérieur où le calme règne naturellement. L'espace de vie est conçu comme un espace ouvert et fluide où cuisine, salle à manger, salon et bureau cohabitent harmonieusement. La palette est dominée par les tons neutres, pour une atmosphère élégante et équilibrée. On les retrouve dans toutes les pièces, jusque sur la terrasse. On y trouve quelque accents de bleu et de vert, pour rappeler le paysage, qui viennent dynamiser cet appartement au design doux, et offrir une connexion avec son extérieur.
This holiday home on the Costa Brava, designed by The Room Studio, is an oasis of calm and Mediterranean light. Overlooking the bay of S'Agaró, this flat's soft design, thanks to the use of light wood, stone and linen and curved lines, is that of a family who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city as often as possible and make the most of this marine environment. The most difficult thing about decorating a place like this is not to fall into the ‘seaside’ cliché, and here it has been a perfect success.
As the layout was already optimised and suited to the owners, the customisation project focused exclusively on the decoration, to create an interior where calm reigns naturally. The living space has been designed as an open, flowing area where the kitchen, dining room, living room and study coexist harmoniously. The palette is dominated by neutral tones, for an elegant, balanced atmosphere. They can be found in every room, right up to the terrace. There are a few accents of blue and green, reminiscent of the landscape, to liven up this softly designed flat and provide a connection with the outdoors.
