Un deux-pièces monochrome de 36m2 avec une chambre aveugle
Une designer a transformé cet appartement de 36m2 en un deux-pièces monochrome raffiné, inspiré d’un tapis marocain et sublimé par l'art
Quand une globe-trotteuse passionnée d’art rencontre une designer au goût affûté, cela donne un projet unique : un deux-pièces monochrome de 36m2, pensé pour la location mais avec une âme. La designer Anna Maliutina a relevé le défi en transformant un plateau brut, livré sans cloisons au 9ème étage d'un immeuble moderne, en un intérieur raffiné, où chaque objet raconte une histoire. Ce volume vide a permis d’imaginer un intérieur sur mesure, optimisé au millimètre. Le fil rouge ? Un tapis marocain, dont la palette monochrome a inspiré tout le projet.
La propriétaire, grande voyageuse, ramène de ses périples des objets uniques : masques africains, peinture chinoise, tapis berbères. Ces pièces d’art authentiques rythment l’espace et créent une atmosphère dépaysante mais harmonieuse. Malgré sa surface réduite, ce deux-pièces monochrome de 36m2 présente un plan astucieux : cuisine, salon, chambre, salle de bains et même deux dressings. La lumière, elle, circule partout, notamment grâce à l’usage intelligent de blocs de verre qui illuminent la chambre pourtant dépourvue de fenêtres. Designer Anna Maliutina rose to the challenge by transforming a raw space, delivered without partitions on the 9th floor of a modern building, into a refined interior where every object tells a story. This empty space allowed her to imagine a bespoke interior, optimised down to the last millimetre. The common thread? A Moroccan rug, whose monochrome palette inspired the entire project.
The owner, a keen traveller, brings back unique objects from her journeys: African masks, Chinese paintings, Berber rugs. These authentic works of art punctuate the space and create an exotic yet harmonious atmosphere. Despite its small size, this 36m2 monochrome one-bedroom flat has a clever layout: kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom and even two walk-in wardrobes. Light flows throughout, thanks in particular to the clever use of glass blocks that illuminate the windowless bedroom.
