Grâce aux designers Nikita et Anastasia Balandina et à la décoratrice Goulnara Khamidoullina, ce studio de 38m2 transformé est devenu fonctionnel, lumineux et chaleureux, pensé pour accueillir une petite famille en voyage. Comment caser quatre couchages, une vraie cuisine et un salon dans 38m2 ? Les designers ont relevé le défi avec brio. Depuis leur passage, l'appartement est à la fois pratique et accueillant, parfait pour la location courte durée ou bien même pour habiter à l'année.
On trouve un canapé-lit dans le salon qui complète le lit double installé dans un angle. Les murs verts clairs de la cuisine, complétés par des touches terracotta et un sol en grès cérame terrazzo, créent une atmosphère naturelle et joyeuse. Côté pratique, l’entrée abrite une grande armoire pour vêtements et bagages, et la salle de bain joue la carte du mix & match : grès cérame Mandala et panneaux texturés peints, pour une ambiance à la fois graphique et zen. Thanks to designers Nikita and Anastasia Balandina and decorator Gulnara Khamidullina, this 38m2 studio has been transformed into a functional, bright and warm space, designed to accommodate a small family on the go. How to fit four beds, a real kitchen, and a living room into 38m2? The designers met the challenge with brilliance. Since their visit, the apartment is both practical and welcoming, perfect for short-term rentals or even for year-round living.
There is a sofa bed in the living room that complements the double bed installed in a corner. The light green walls of the kitchen, complemented by terracotta accents and a terrazzo porcelain stoneware floor, create a natural and joyful atmosphere. On the practical side, the entrance houses a large wardrobe for clothes and luggage, and the bathroom plays the mix & match card: Mandala porcelain stoneware and painted textured panels, for an atmosphere that is both graphic and zen.
