Cet appartement de 50m2 conçu pour durer, a été imaginé pour grandir avec sa future occupante. La designer Tatyana Alenina, chargée du projet a misé sur un intérieur à la fois fonctionnel et indémodable. L'objectif étant de créer un espace capable d’évoluer avec le temps, sans devenir vieillot.
Malgré sa surface réduite, tout y est: une cuisine ouverte sur le séjour, un grand dressing, une salle de bains en marbre, et une chambre séparée par des portes coulissantes. Le mobilier sur mesure, les bibliothèques intégrées et les matériaux nobles structurent l’espace avec intelligence. La palette olive-gris-beige, relevée d’accents bordeaux, adoucit les lignes droites. Ce lieu respire une harmonie totale, pensée dans les moindres détails. Despite its small size, it has everything: an open-plan kitchen and living room, a large walk-in wardrobe, a marble bathroom and a bedroom separated by sliding doors. The bespoke furniture, built-in bookcases and high-quality materials cleverly structure the space. The olive-grey-beige colour palette, enhanced with burgundy accents, softens the straight lines.
