In Australia, a 1913 Arts and Crafts house has been reinvented by designer Jillian Dinkel, who was working with its owners for the second time. Kilmory House is a historic Australian residence. The house bears the signature of the Manson and Pickering firm, which designed it in the early 20th century. This house is not intended as a second home, but is designed for entertaining. Its interior is inspired by English design, revisited with touches of modern Gothic. The existing spaces have been reorganised to optimise comfort for the receptions held there. The professional kitchen and large dining room have been given a new lease of life. This project focuses on hospitality and conviviality.

The former bedrooms have found new uses, becoming a Pilates studio, games room and workshop. Major architectural elements in this Arts and Crafts house contribute to the impression of elegance.
