Destiné à la vente, ce grand studio illustre comment aménager un appartement de 45m2 pensé pour séduire différents acheteurs. Yaroom Bureau a mené le projet en anticipant les profils des acquéreurs potentiels et a proposé une organisation adaptable. L’équipe a supprimé les cloisons d’origine afin de redessiner entièrement la circulation intérieure. L’espace se structure désormais en quatre zones distinctes mais visuellement connectées. La cuisine, le coin repas, le salon et la chambre occupent un même volume. Une seule porte intérieure subsiste, celle de la salle de bain. Une paroi en pavés de verre ferme partiellement la chambre. Elle filtre la lumière tout en maintenant une séparation visuelle nette, notamment avec la cuisine. Un rideau permet de fermer complètement cet espace.
Le sol en résine blanche unifie l’ensemble et crée une continuité visuelle. Les murs et le plafond, peints en blanc, préservent la luminosité de la pièce de vie. En contraste, le couloir adopte une teinte grenat profonde, reprise par touches dans le mobilier. Les concepteurs ont dessiné la cuisine sur mesure pour l’intégrer parfaitement au volume. L’îlot semble flotter grâce à un support central discret. La table à manger laquée grenat devient le point focal du séjour. Dans la salle de bain, les couleurs évoquent une nature parfois absente en ville. Sa décoration repose sur une palette de sable, de vert profond et de noyer foncé. Photo : Alexey Shmul
Intended for sale, this large studio illustrates how to furnish a 45m2 flat designed to appeal to different buyers. Yaroom Bureau led the project by anticipating the profiles of potential buyers and proposing an adaptable layout. The team removed the original partitions in order to completely redesign the interior layout. Space is now divided into four distinct but visually connected areas. The kitchen, dining area, living room and bedroom occupy the same space. Only one interior door remains, leading to the bathroom. A glass block wall partially closes off the bedroom. It filters the light while maintaining a clear visual separation, particularly from the kitchen. A curtain allows this space to be completely closed off.
The white resin floor unifies the whole and creates visual continuity. The walls and ceiling, painted white, preserve the brightness of the living room. In contrast, the hallway is painted a deep garnet colour, which is echoed in touches of the furniture. Designers created a bespoke kitchen to fit the space perfectly. The island appears to float thanks to a discreet central support. The garnet-lacquered dining table becomes the focal point of the living room. In the bathroom, the colours evoke nature, which is sometimes absent in the city. Its décor is based on a palette of sand, deep green and dark walnut. Photo: Alexey Shmul
