Situé au cœur du 6eme arrondissement de Lyon, ce mini loft de 50m2 plein de personnalité a été rénové par un architecte qui l'a transformé en un appartement de deux-pièces en duplex. L'architecte a su exploiter au mieux les volumes et la surface restreinte tout en conservant les éléments intéressants comme le mur de pierres patinées. L'appartement est très lumineux grâce à la présence de grandes fenêtres d'atelier, qui apportent la lumière zénithale.
Il est constitué de deux niveaux, le second qui abrite la chambre et le dressing dominant le salon, et accessible par un escalier réalisé sur mesure. Sa décoration vintage est chaleureuse, mais n'en fait pas trop, laissant aux volumes la véritable vedette des lieux. Les travaux de rénovation ont été soignés dans les moindres détails et se découvrent peu à peu lors de la visite. Un réel bijou lyonnais à découvrir dans un joli quartier typique. Located in the heart of Lyon's 6th arrondissement, this 50m2 mini loft full of personality has been renovated by an architect who has transformed it into a one-bedroom duplex flat. The architect has made the most of the limited space and volumes, while retaining interesting features such as the patinated stone wall. The flat is very bright thanks to the presence of large workshop windows, which provide zenithal light.
It has two levels, the second of which houses the bedroom and dressing room overlooking the living room, and is accessed by a custom-made staircase. Its vintage decoration is warm, but does not overdo it, leaving the volumes the real star of the place.
